The Wine Enthusiast Future 40 recognizes professionals who are driving innovation across wine, spirits, and hospitality. When they shifted from the 40 Under 40 format in 2022 to focus on impact over age, it felt like the industry was finally catching up to what really matters.
It's only been three years since Tamara Bingham and Katy Rogers founded Likely Story Strategies, yet the recognition and growth we've experienced have been surreal. What really makes us proud is that we're now in a place where we get to employ women we admire and work with them every day. What started as leveraging our combined 35+ years of experience has evolved into something bigger—we're creating opportunities and building something that reflects our values.
Being recognized alongside other industry innovators feels significant, not just for us personally, but for what it represents. The wine and hospitality industries are shifting, and it's exciting to be part of that evolution.
